Downtown Huntington Development
From street paving to storm drainage improvements, this multi-phase plan
also includes the development of Pullman Square, an upscale shopping and
entertainment complex. At its completion, Pullman Square offers parking
garages, retail shops, restaurants, a multi-screen theater and more.

Downtown Ironton Development
Residents are living comfortably in Park Avenue Apartments, the former
Marting Hotel. Street paving and sidewalk improvements enhance the look of
the community. And plans are in progress to widen Floodgate #7 and realign
Center Street to increase area safety and better connect the Ohio River to
the Central Business District.
